DBMS Linter Bastion for Government Investment Project Management

RELEX Group and EISU Research Institute have successfully completed the first stage of work on creating an information analysis system for managing the activities of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade in the area of state defense order and closed federal target programs.

As a result, the information analytical support of planning and managing investment programs of the Ministry having the restricted access classification code has been implemented. The development is based on the information system development tool DIAVER.COM (created by Diaver, Ltd.). DBMS Linter developed by RELEX Group is used as a database. The system provides security of information with restricted access according to the requirements stipulated by the Russian law.

DBMS Linter provides compliance of the newly developed system with Class 2А (and greater) security requirements. The solution created using DBMS Linter and DIAVER.COM tool is a sample of efficient complex use of Russian application and system software in secure automated systems handling data with restricted use.
