The Russian Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC) has confirmed that the data protection facilities in DBMS Linter are compliant with the requirements of the Russian State Technical Committee and Personal Data Protection Law №152-FZ of July 27, 2006. According to FSTEC's letter, Linter users can utilize the Russian DBMS for information security in personal data information systems up to Class 1 inclusive.
Thus, Linter has become the first DBMS compliant with the requirements of Personal Data Protection Law №152.
