The workload testing at the Diasoft technological site included the comparison of performance during standard operations on the Diasoft Framework platform for three DBMSs: Oracle, PostgreSQL and Linter BASTION.
The load testing results have shown that DBMS Linter BASTION developed by RELEX Group matches its foreign counterparts (in particular, Oracle) with the workload profile characteristic of financial organizations.
Besides performance asssessment, the testing has demonstrated that the Diasoft Framework platform developed by Diasoft is fully compatible with DBMS Linter BASTION, providing correct work in accordance with the declared functionality.
Therefore DBMS Linter BASTION and Diasoft Framework may be recommended as basic system software to be used in Russian financial organizations.
