RELEX at Conference «Information Technology in the Russian Defense Industry Complex»

On April 17-18, RELEX Group will be taking part in the conference “Information Technology in the Russian Defense Industry Complex: from Business Management to Industry Management” held by «Connect!» Publishing House.

With the increasing attention of the government to the defense industry complex modernization, there is an ever-rising demand for information technologies certified by the Russian Ministry of Defense and the Russian Federal Security Bureau. About 400 specialists and CTOs of the leading companies in the defense industry complex will take part in the conference. There will be about 40 reports on topical issues of IT development in the national military industry.

The agenda will include a round table talk «IT Products for the Defense Industry Complex: Issues and Possibilities» where the following questions will be discussed:

1. What kind of IT products does the Russian defense industry complex need?
2. Who in the defense industry complex sets the requirements for an IT product?
3. Are there any Russian IT products on the market, what are they like and how much are they? What must be done if the desired product is not available? What are import substitution programs for?
4. Are our products safe and licensed? Who tests IT products? What standards must IT products be compliant with?

RELEX will have a mobile exposition at the conference hall (Booth 3B), and Igor A. Boychenko, General Manager of RELEX Group, will take part in the round table discussion.
