RELEX Entered the Board of Trustees of the Applied Mathematics and Mechanics Department at the VSU

RELEX Group has entered the Board of Trustees of the Applied Mathematics and Mechanics Department at the Voronezh State University, one of the oldest Russian colleges.

The decision to form the Board of Trustees was made at the academic council of the department to attract businessmen of the Tsentralno-Chernozemny region to aid in forming the department’s development strategy.

The main goals of the Board of Trustees are all-round support in modernization of educational programs, integration of the learning process and research, development and extension of international cooperation, and assistance in job placement of graduates. Special attention will be devoted to scientific research and innovation, including creation and development of scientific schools and assistance in implementation of innovative ideas.

As part of the long-term cooperation with the VSU, RELEX Group assists in training qualified IT specialists and supports projects stimulating innovative activities and enhancing the investment attractiveness of the Voronezh region.

RELEX is a traditional sponsor of all-Russian student contests in IT and founder of the annual RELEX Programming School. In 2012, RELEX sponsored the Best Innovative Idea Contest held by the Innovation and Development Agency under the auspices of Alexey Gordeev, Governor of the Voronezh Region.
