The Russian Ministry of Defense granted RELEX License No. 314 (February 1, 2006) on information security tools development.
The license gives RELEX the right to perform the following work:
1. tasks involving State secrets;
2. information security tools certification and testing;
3. information security tools design, development, manufacturing, installment, assembling, setup, support and maintenance;
4. training and retraining personnel in information security and State secret protection;
5. making expert examination of organizations developing information security tools.
