RELEX has taken part in the national conference «Information Security»

RELEX Group has taken part in the 7th national conference «Information

Security: Regional Aspects» that took place in Sochi on September 9 – 13, 2008.

The information security conference held annually under the auspices of the Information Systems Academy covers a broad range of issues:

• legal regulations in the field of information security;
• information security in strategic areas of Russian economy (fuel and energy complex, transportation, communication);
• providing security at the Olympic Games Sochi-2014;
• state-of-the-art technological solutions in the field of information security;
• personal data protection: law in action;
• appraising the effectiveness of investments in information security.

In 2008, over 400 representatives of Russian companies from different fields of industry (executives, IT specialists and information security experts) visited the conference.

The participants of the Sochi forum have expressed keen interest to the developments of RELEX in the information security sphere and to the possibility to use the secure DBMS Linter in their developments.
