RELEX Won an Open Tender within the “Electronic Chernozemye” Project

RELEX Group has won an open tender for a state contract on carrying out research, development, experimental and design work (development of design documentation for the system “Electronic Chernozemye”, part of the Voronezh regional innovation program of 2009-2012).

As a result, Voronezh Regional Department of Industry, Transportation, Communication and Innovation is signing state contracts with RELEX for drafting the design documentation for the information systems “Electronic Services to Individuals” and “Industrial and Business Electronic Contracting”.

According to Igor A. Boychenko, General Manager of RELEX Group, cooperation with the Voronezh regional administration is among the company's most important activities, and the convincing victory in the open contest is the result of thorough work of the RELEX team on creating a competitive and innovative proposal.
